2025 Mainstage Season

 March 21st - 30th
Nunsense: The Mega Musical is a laugh-out-loud comedy where five quirky nuns put on a chaotic talent show to raise money for their convent, packed with catchy songs, lively dance numbers, and plenty of surprises—celebrating the 40th anniversary of the original production in 2025! 

 June 20th - 29th
Disaster! is a laugh-out-loud '70s jukebox musical set on a floating casino. A quirky cast of characters faces a series of outrageous calamities—earthquakes, tidal waves, and even shark attacks—all paired with iconic disco hits. Full of humor, heart, and nostalgia, this show is a groovy, feel-good adventure! 

September 26th-28th
Step into the dazzling world of Broadway legends John Kander & Fred Ebb, the songwriters behind Chicago, Cabaret, Kiss of the Spider Woman, and more. This musical revue is filled with show-stopping numbers, heartfelt ballads, and clever storytelling. Whether you’re a fan of Broadway, Liza Minelli, Frank Sinatra or new to Kander & Ebb's music, this is pure theatrical joy you won’t want to miss! 

 December 11th - 14th
The Fantasticks is a timeless, whimsical musical about two young lovers, their meddling parents, and the journey from youthful romance to true love, set to enchanting music and poetic storytelling—celebrating the 65th anniversary of the original production in 2025!

We are saddened to share that, due to circumstances beyond our control, our upcoming production of Grease will be postponed to our 2026 season. We know many of you were as excited as we were to bring Rydell High to the stage, and we truly appreciate your understanding. 

 June 30th - July 12th
Participate in a summer camp that creates a musical production! 

Young performers will embark on an exciting journey, building confidence, making friends, and creating magical moments on stage. 

These young actors participate in fun, learning, and performing over two weeks of our theatre camp.

           Gretna Theatre and Sycamore Stage are thrilled to collaborate with the Hershey Theatre Apollo Awards for our production of HADESTOWN: TEEN EDITION this summer.  

The cast will be comprised of the 2025 Apollo Awards nominees for performance in musical theatre as well as other teens from the Berks County area.
